該減速器具有承載能力高,壽命長,效率高,噪聲低,結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊的特點。
該減速器專門設(shè)計用于各類單螺桿塑料擠出機主傳動,輸出軸與軸承可承受很大的軸向力,并與ZBG95009.1—88《單螺桿塑料擠出機》所規(guī)定的塑料擠出機一一對應(yīng)配套。
塑料擠出機有其特有的性質(zhì),在工作時擠壓塑料的螺桿對主傳動減速器施加很大的軸向反力,通用減速器無法滿足要求。傳統(tǒng)的傳動方式是在塑料擠出機與減速器之間設(shè)置一個止推軸承座。這樣設(shè)備尺寸增大,傳動環(huán)節(jié)增多,可靠性降低。本系列減速器克服上述傳動系統(tǒng)的缺點,將止推軸承座與減速器合二為一,結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,合理緊湊。該減速器的技術(shù)參數(shù)和工藝要求均按照ZBJ19004—88《圓柱齒輪減速器》的規(guī)定。本產(chǎn)品已廣泛應(yīng)用在塑料擠出機行業(yè),代替了傳統(tǒng)的傳動方式,提高了塑料擠出機的整機性能。
