創(chuàng)業(yè)于1976年，由早期的服務(wù)業(yè)逐步邁向生產(chǎn)制造與銷售到出口貿(mào)易，1990年代理日本小型馬達(dá)與齒輪減速機(jī)銷售，1992年并引進(jìn)國(guó)外技術(shù)開始生產(chǎn)小型齒輪馬達(dá)減速機(jī)，開拓了臺(tái)灣最早期的小型齒輪減速馬達(dá)專業(yè)制造廠。
成長(zhǎng)史
1976年－ 創(chuàng)立公司，資本額20萬元，廠地占地30坪，專營(yíng)買賣與修理服務(wù)。
1982年－ 建廠于三重市光復(fù)路一段12巷26號(hào)，廠房約300坪，員工30人，同年開始制造馬達(dá)。
1983年－ 因?qū)嶋H業(yè)務(wù)之需要，公司改組，并增加營(yíng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目有齒輪減速機(jī)，小型AC.DC.馬達(dá)及馬達(dá)電子調(diào)速器、傳動(dòng)軸用扭力限制器等專業(yè)生產(chǎn)。
1984年－ 建立全省經(jīng)銷與成立貿(mào)易體制，使生產(chǎn)品順利外銷，其當(dāng)時(shí)員工約40人。
1990年－ 因當(dāng)時(shí)業(yè)績(jī)及實(shí)際生產(chǎn)量逐年突增，為應(yīng)付其實(shí)際需求，再度于臺(tái)北縣五股工業(yè)區(qū)五權(quán)三路50號(hào)，員工有80余人之多，資本額亦增為2000萬元。
1995年－ 國(guó)際事業(yè)一致好評(píng)及擴(kuò)大，在中國(guó)成立分公司
