3 共軛曲面的數(shù)字化方法實(shí)現(xiàn)與計(jì)算
3.1 引言
兩個相互運(yùn)動且保持相切接觸的曲面互為共軛曲面。共軛曲面解問題是在已知一個由解析方程式表達(dá)或一系列離散數(shù)字坐標(biāo)值表達(dá)的曲面和已知兩個曲面的共軛運(yùn)動的前提下,求解另一個曲面的問題,在機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)和機(jī)械加工中有著廣泛的用途,諸如工具曲面,軋鋼輥面以及齒輪齒面設(shè)計(jì)、凸輪輪廓設(shè)計(jì)、機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動分析與綜合、加工仿真等眾多領(lǐng)域;贛ATLAB的數(shù)學(xué)化共軛曲面求解及仿真研究,旨在充分利用MATLAB強(qiáng)大硬捷的數(shù)學(xué)運(yùn)算和圖形顯示功能[84-92],將共軛曲面求解中復(fù)雜的推導(dǎo)和計(jì)算過程由MATLAB編程實(shí)現(xiàn),并增強(qiáng)計(jì)算機(jī)對于各種已知曲面(包括解析曲面和數(shù)字化曲面)和各種曲面共軛運(yùn)動的適應(yīng)能力,以減輕工程人員的負(fù)擔(dān),并增強(qiáng)計(jì)算的精度。
3.2 基于MATLAB的數(shù)字化共軛曲面求解實(shí)現(xiàn)
3.2.1 求解數(shù)字模型
用MATLAB解決數(shù)字共軛曲面求解問題,首先要處理已知曲面的數(shù)據(jù),把已知曲面變換為適合MATLAB計(jì)算的矩陣形式。已知曲面如果由解析表達(dá)式表示,則就把解析式離散化為曲面坐標(biāo)值矩陣;如果由不規(guī)則離散坐標(biāo)值表達(dá),則應(yīng)把不規(guī)則離散坐標(biāo)值重構(gòu)為規(guī)則坐標(biāo)值矩陣。
用一維數(shù)組與單個點(diǎn)的運(yùn)動軌跡對應(yīng),用二維數(shù)組與曲面對應(yīng),用三維數(shù)組與曲面族對應(yīng),使得共軛曲面求解中所用到的各個要素,都由適合MATLAB計(jì)算的形式來表達(dá)。
共軛曲面求解的關(guān)鍵是求曲面上一點(diǎn)的法矢N和點(diǎn)的運(yùn)動軌跡的切矢v12,基于MATLAB的數(shù)字化共軛曲面求解也是圍繞這兩個關(guān)鍵量展開。
根據(jù)以上論述的曲面共軛條件和MATLAB的運(yùn)算特點(diǎn),構(gòu)造如下的共軛曲面求解數(shù)學(xué)模型:
式(3-1)中第一式表示曲面Σ1由坐標(biāo)系S1變換到坐標(biāo)系S2所形成的曲面族,Xmatrix,Ymatrix,Zmatrix分別表示曲面族中各點(diǎn)在x,y,z坐標(biāo)方向上的坐標(biāo)值;第二式中的,NXt,NYt,NZt表示曲面Σ1在點(diǎn)(u,v)對應(yīng)于t的相對法矢分量,DXt,DYt,DZt表示點(diǎn)(u,v)運(yùn)動軌跡對應(yīng)于t的相對切矢分量。
3.2.2 求解模型算法
(1)對規(guī)則化后的坐標(biāo)值進(jìn)行坐標(biāo)變換,求出已知曲面Σ1在坐標(biāo)系S2中對應(yīng)于序列t的位置坐標(biāo)和曲面各點(diǎn)的法矢,分別得到對應(yīng)于曲面族坐標(biāo)值的三個三維數(shù)組Xmatrix,Ymatrix,Zmatrix和對應(yīng)于曲面族中曲面法向量的三個三維數(shù)組NXmatrix,NYmatrix,NZmatrix。三維數(shù)組的各維分別對應(yīng)不同的u,v,t;
(2)給定uj值;
(3)給定vk值;
(4)分別將三維數(shù)組Xmatrix,Ymatrix,Zmatrix沿點(diǎn)(uj,vk)運(yùn)動方向進(jìn)行一維抽取,得到三個一維數(shù)組Xt,Yt,Zt,它們表示點(diǎn)(uj,vk)對應(yīng)序列t的坐標(biāo)值,也即點(diǎn)(uj,vk)的離散運(yùn)動軌跡。將Xt,Yt,Zt分別對應(yīng)于序列t進(jìn)行三次樣條曲線插值,然后分別求導(dǎo),得到三個一維數(shù)組DXt,DYt,DZt,它們表示點(diǎn)(uj,vk)的運(yùn)動軌跡對應(yīng)于序列t的相對切矢分量;
(5)分別將三維數(shù)組NXmatrix,NYmatrix,NZmatrix沿點(diǎn)(uj,vk)運(yùn)動方向進(jìn)行一維抽取,得到三個一維數(shù)組:NXt,NYt,NZt,它們表示曲面Σ1在點(diǎn)(uj,vk)對應(yīng)于序列t的相對法矢分量;
(6)取ψ(uj,vk,t)=NXt·DXt+NYt·DYt+NZt·DZt,那么ψ(uj,vk,t)是一維數(shù)組,它表示點(diǎn)(uj,vk)對應(yīng)序列t的ψ(u,v,t)的值,然后利用tt=spline(ψ,t,0)實(shí)現(xiàn)優(yōu)化的功能,得到ψ(uj,vk,t)=0時t的值tt;
(7)利用計(jì)算分段多項(xiàng)式的方法求出點(diǎn)(uj,vk)對應(yīng)于tt的坐標(biāo)值Xtt,Ytt,Ztt,然后將它們分別賦給數(shù)組元素Xcon(uj,vk),Ycon(uj,vk),Zcon(uj,vk);
(8)vk←vk+△v,轉(zhuǎn)至(3),直到v方向計(jì)算完畢;
(9)uj←uj+△u,轉(zhuǎn)至(2),直到u方向計(jì)算完畢。
如果點(diǎn)(uj,vk)在整個t的運(yùn)動過程中都沒有使ψ(uj,vk,t)=0,則可判斷此點(diǎn)沒有參與共軛,在共軛曲面的求解中剔除該點(diǎn);如果有超過一次的使ψ(uj,vk,t)=0,則可判斷此點(diǎn)在整個運(yùn)動過程中多次參與了共軛,這種已知點(diǎn)和所求共軛點(diǎn)“一對多”的映射會導(dǎo)致程序判斷的紊亂,對于這種情況,可利用使t自動分段和遞歸調(diào)用共軛求解函數(shù)的方法來處理,直至在每一個t的分段中(uj,vk)參與共軛的次數(shù)不超過一次。
通過上述計(jì)算,最后得到三個二維數(shù)組Xcon(u,v),Ycon(u,v),Zcon(u,v),這就是共軛曲面求解的結(jié)果,它們表示與曲面Σ1相共軛的數(shù)字曲面Σ2的坐標(biāo)值。在此基礎(chǔ)上,調(diào)用MATLAB的繪圖命令可以顯示出共軛曲面的圖形。
3.2.3 算法實(shí)現(xiàn)
根據(jù)上述求解模型與算法,編制出基于MATLAB共軛曲面求解流程圖如圖3-1所示。
在圖3-1中,輸入的運(yùn)動和相對位置參數(shù):
t——兩曲面作共軛運(yùn)動時的運(yùn)動參數(shù);
ω1,ω2——已知曲面Σ1和共軛曲面Σ2的自轉(zhuǎn)角速度(1/s);
v——Σ1在Σ2軸線方向的運(yùn)動速度(cm/s);
d——z1軸與z2軸的距離(cm);
θ——z1軸與z2軸的交角(°)。
3.3 數(shù)字化共軛曲面求解實(shí)例計(jì)算
3.3.1 任意曲面的共軛求解
已知一數(shù)字化曲面(如圖3-2所示),曲面上有21×11個規(guī)則網(wǎng)格節(jié)點(diǎn),這些網(wǎng)格節(jié)點(diǎn)坐標(biāo)值的X矩陣、Y矩陣、Z矩陣分別如表3-1、表3-2、表3-3所示。

設(shè)已知曲面相對于共軛曲面作螺旋運(yùn)動,t=-π/4:π/20:π/4,ω1=1,ω2=2,v=20,d=20;θ=0。將已知曲面數(shù)據(jù)和兩曲面運(yùn)動參數(shù)輸入已編制好的數(shù)字化共軛曲面求解程序進(jìn)行計(jì)算,在AMD/K6-233計(jì)算機(jī)上耗時160s,得到與已知曲面節(jié)點(diǎn)對應(yīng)的共軛曲面各點(diǎn)的坐標(biāo)值。共軛曲面節(jié)點(diǎn)坐標(biāo)值X矩陣、Y矩陣、Z矩陣分別如表3-4、表3-5、表3-6所示:
